Cosmetic Curator is a platform in which I wanted to share my passion and views of makeup, hair, and skincare with fellow beauty enthusiasts. 

My fascination with the cosmetic industry started young. I used to go into cosmetic stores and walk around for hours as a young teenager (who couldn't even afford anything at the time!). I would play with makeup and test out skincare- just because it intrigued me as both as an art and science geek! I would experiment what products worked well together, and would figure out what would be ideal for whom. 

I grew up engaged in the fine arts- theater, music, design- and fell in love with the aesthetic and cosmetic aspects of each department. Looking towards a professional career, I studied towards the medical field, hoping to learn more about anatomy and the skin to better my understanding of product usage and ingredients. While still learning about science, I graduated from a makeup school in New York City and have been professionally designing makeup for clients as well as recommending makeup as a consultant.

I created this blog to share with you all what I see in the cosmetic industry: a huge playground of color, a creative outlet in which individuals can truly express themselves, and an outlet of self-love that is personal to each enthusiast.
