Best Lip Care Products
I mentioned this lip product before in my Korean Glass Skin Makeup, and it's because I love glossy lips. This product is intended for use before bed, so that you could wake up to soft, juicy lips in the morning! However, it's actually rare that I use it like that. In fact, I don't think I've ever used this product in that way. I actually use this either a stand-alone moisturizing gloss (it has a little bit of a pink tint so it looks super natural and glossy) or over a lipstick as a finishing shine.
2. Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment
This is my on-the-go lip treatment. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it leaves the lips smooth and works as an excellent base for color lip products. For petty reasons, I like using it, because it feels a little bit boujier than chapstick, but for practical reasons, it doesn't leave a sticky residue like chapstick does that disables me from putting on lipstick immediately afterwards. I've had mine for several months now, so your money does go a long way! (Just don't lose it! Haha).
That's right- you heard me. Aquaphor. This stuff is literally magic cream. I use this on my ashy elbows, on scars, and especially- on chapped lips. If I just need something to moisturize my lips, and I'm not planning on putting on lipstick immediately afterwards, Aquaphor is my go to! It keeps my lips moisturized all days, and even when my lips are as dry as the Sahara Desert, Aquaphor is moisturizing enough to heal any state my lips are in! A must have for all medicine cabinets!
